ALICE COLTRANE 16MM DOC

A rare glimpse in to the world of Alice Coltrane three years after the death of John. There’s footage of her playing the harp, going full tilt with her band, home life and her increasing spirituality. Absolutely fascinating.

 

THE NORDIC COOK BOOK

We love everything about Norway and with The Nordic Cook Book you can bring Scandinavia to your dinner plate. Maybe pass on the Braised Pilot Whale and Seal Soup but the Norwegian Salt Cod Casserole is a firm favourite in the Paper household. There are lovely photos and writing, including a brief history of Nordic cuisine from its author, top notch chef  Magnus Nilsson. Its not fine dining but if fish and straight up winter warmers are for you, look no further.
